When I got this, I thought it would make me joyful and help with sleep but came to find out that albezia works quite differently. It makes you process deeply buried emotions and experiences. Like going to therapy. So if you want to cry, take this. It's not what I expected but definitely helpful if you want to do the inner work.

I do enjoy the feeling the supplement gives me but its short lived and subtle to me. I ended up putting the powder into a warm tea which gave me slightly more potent effect. I will try another brand to see if this reaction is consistent.
