The order was exactly what we wanted. It is not too heavy, so anyone can cook with it. It is a great value for the price, and it truly is nonstick. For the price, we got a great quality product that is fun to use. With a rice cooker on the side, we can make all kinds of meals we love. It is so much better than a frying pan. It is also very easy to clean and not too large to fit in the sink.

I was very excited about this pan: it was cheap, had no coating (as stated) and looked great. However, the non-stick coating wore off in less than a month.I followed the instructions by seasoning the pan before using it for the first time and cooking at a low temperature, yet the non-stick coating has disappeared after less than a month of use. I can't even cook a fried egg on it without it sticking to the pan, even when using cooking oil.

This 13-inch carbon steel wok exceeded my expectations. It heats up quickly and evenly, making stir-frying, deep-frying, or steaming super easy. The non-stick surface works great, and the lid is a fantastic bonus. I love that it’s compatible with all stovetops. The size is perfect for cooking family meals. This pan was bought in replacement of my another carbon steel pan. It exceeds my expectations in that its size is really much larger than most of the pans on the market, so is more fit for normal household use since my previous pan was too small when I tried to stir fry those leaf-vegi dishes, but this pan handles it with ease.I also like the design of having handle at both sides. The carbon steel pan with this big size is inevitably a bit heavy for a small woman to lift with single hand, with two handles, I can pour the dishes to the bowl. And it has a guide on one edge, so the food will follow the guide and would not spill outside the bowl.The flat bottom is just the size of my cooktop, so feel it sits on the stove very stable.I use it to cook my every day meal all the time ever since I bought it. It serves its purpose well.Only complaint for me is that the nonstick feature isn’t really that good.Hope this is helpful.

The carbon steel is everything! Very easy cleanup but the star of the show is how easy the pan is to cook in. I can use any type of utensil and cook on high heat. I don't have to worry about the pan, just my cooking! And if any thing does stick, it releases quickly with a little liquid added to the dish. Also residue seems to release as soon as the pan cools down, making washing up a breeze. I do follow instructions about drying thoroughly to prevent rust buildup. I have used this pan everyday and it has not let me down yet. Very happy.
