Thank you for such a great product!Noticeable improvement in digestive and gut health after the first week. By the 3rd week - CONSISTENT regularity and lack of indigestion! I cannot convey (or, if I did, it would definitely be TMI) what a relief it is after years of suffering from undiagnosed health "issues" and immense stress to be normal again. At the age of 72, I was beginning to doubt that would ever happen. I have taken digestive enzymes and pre/post probiotics in the past, but, in the end, (see what I did there?) this product did what others haven't. Even though my husband didn't have any issues, I have him taking them as well for good gut maintenance. We are very, very pleased and know the results are from supporting our micro-biome and immune system instead of just managing symptoms with prescriptions and over the counter meds. This has already started helping with my digestive system and I can tell it has helped with my appetite. Bloating is greatly reduced or at least it feels it is. Overall, good experience with this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great product! I’m using as part of a weight loss journey and have found this probiotic & prebiotic to be very helpful. Is definitely helping to improve my gut health & reduce bloating! I selected this product because it also contains Berberine to help regulate my blood sugar, and Astaxanthin which has anti-aging and immune health benefits.

Um....I was not expecting such a noticeable result from using these. Four months ago, I researched natural methods of increasing GLP1's in the body, and Akkermansia popped up as one that could make a difference. I followed the directions and took them with food 2-3 times a day, and within 48 hours I noticed that something sweet I was eating didn't taste as good. I thought that was weird but didn't immediately connect it with these. I noticed that sweet things continued to taste and sound unappetizing, and my daily snacky "food noise" had decreased by about 80%. I've followed my appetite and eat when I am hungry. I've focussed on eating fibrous foods 1-2 times per day to support gut health, and high protein foods multiple times a day consistently. The result has been that I do not feel as hungry as I did before, my stomach empties slower and I feel full longer, and I eat less food overall. I've been dropping weight uniformly on my body. I'm sure some portion of that is decreased inflammation, which feels great, but I can also feel a reduction of fat in several areas including my stubborn areas. I have not experienced weight loss this easy and pain-free, ever. I either have to kill it with the gym and calorie restriction, or I accidentally lose weight due to periods of high anxiety. This has come easy, without the anxiety or hard work. I am definitely a fan!! I never knew managing my weight could be this easy. I have genetic potential for type 2 diabetes, and have made health and nutrition a priority in my life because of that, but sometimes struggle to do so with the time constraints of a busy single mom. I'm very grateful for this product!

I feel this product has really made a significant impact in my mental clarity, mood, and overall health. I ordered it because I was feeling like I was living in a brain fog 24/7. But after about a week of using this product I noticed my mental clarity, my ability to focus on tasks at work, and my overall energy were improving. Definitely would recommend!

So far so good. I have not had any stomach upset or any other non desirable issues except for a seemingly short bout of much more gas 16 -24 hours after my initial taking of the product. After the short gas bout, which may or may not be blamed on the product, I can comment that my stool frequency to be even more frequent even though I was already a 2x/day optimum pooper. I have now advanced to a 3-4x/day pooper, which hopefully only lasts a short time while I clean myself out.

Easy part of my daily routine and looking forward toLasting results. I feel less bloating after meals and generally tolerating it very well
