I did not know if I was gonna like this ottoman, but after he came, I really liked the way it was built very sturdy and I love the material on it

The cover of this foot rest is fine, it's the inner pillow that's the problem. 3 days and it has not expanded. I placed it in the sun and it is still in it's air removed form. Packing mode is indistinguishable from current size. Also, the picture on the Amazon site gives the appearance of a sizable ottoman. This is more the size of a decorative pillow. I would not spend this much for a pillow and the wrapping was thrown out so I'm not really able to return. Sigh.

I was skeptical that I had received a covered ottoman when viewing the package that arrived, but I am glad I trusted the process. It is exactly as described with a zip off textured cover that I can wash. Full inflation was quick, maybe 12 hours total. This works well as an ottoman for a cozy reading chair.

Although the color matches my chair, it can only be used as a foot rest. Do not sit on it or you will fall off. Having said that, I am very pleased and can use it as a table for certain things.

I’ve been going through the healing process of full knee replacement surgery. I struggled with finding a small foot stool that was at the right height and firmness for elevating my leg and easing the pain. This small pouf footstool is perfect! My knee is happy! Thank you!

The ottoman ships in a vacuum sealed package , so don't expect a large box 😉. As soon as I cut the package open, it immediately started to expand! I ordered b/c of the height of 14", but after the first 72 hours of waiting for it to fully expand, I was disappointed that it never reached the full 14". Yes, that 1" matters to me, I need the extra height. I actually let it sit unused for 4 days, but still, nothing, it maxed at 13". There is still loose fabric at the top, which should poof to make the rounded top (see product images in ad) but it did not, I have a flat top ottoman. Returning it for a replacement, in hopes the next one will fully expand to 14" height. Otherwise, it's a great ottoman, very firm and priced within my budget.

The ottoman was fine quality but it didn’t go well with my decor- it was darker than I thought it would be. However, trying to return it was quite another story!! It said “free returns” but UPS said it was too big for them to accept.(when it arrived it was condensed down to a smaller pkg then when you open it, it expands). So then they(UPS)said I could pay$ 28.75 for them to box and ship it! Again, my Amazon information said “no box, no label needed”!! Then Amazon customer service said to pay the $ to ship and then ask for a refund on that also!! This all is ridiculous to expect all these hoops for a customer to jump through!! After talking to ANOTHER customer service rep, they said they would order a carrier pick up and I just needed to have it ready to go. Well, that was all fine and dandy until I got the message later that informed me that they deducted the shipping amount from MY refund!!!! I am not happy with the process for this!! In my opinion, it’s not worth the hassle to order this item-just incase it doesn’t work out for you!!!! So much for “free returns”!!!😠👎
