Great product I wish they had or made the one called unstress which was better

I began taking mushrooms for stress relief about a year ago. First with mushroom coffee, and then with supplements like these.I do find that it helps my stress levels significantly. I was often so stressed at least once a week that I was barely functional, but I have felt so much better after a while of taking mushrooms. Doesn't completely eliminate my stress, but it makes it much more manageable.

The MegaFood capsules are of good quality from a reliable company. Although Reishi also comes in other formats such as tea, I find these capsules to be convenient and easy to use or swallow. They are more convenient, too. The fact that these capsules contain green house grown Reishi, are tested, and verified, etc... is a big plus up from other brands which do not label their products in such a way. As for their effectiveness, I find them just as effective as tea, which is a great thing. I would definitely recommend these to a friend who was looking to take Reishi with ashwagandha mixed in.
