Received a demo/pre-market model, not what was advertised! Demo model doesn't update and only has 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage, half that of the advertised retail model. Watch was sold as excellent condition. This cannot be considered excellent!

Just like new. Could not find a scratch or blemish on it. Works great with plenty of battery to make it through the day. Could probably got 2-3 days, but I charge every night.

While the watch i received was in great condition, it turned out to be a demo/Prototype unit with subpar specs to the actual production watch. The watch band was also hard to remove and swap since they were glued on with silicone.

Nice and sturdy. Made with a strong plastic to that will last for a While, PRO: easy to clean! CON: Way smaller the advertised!

Love this watch, it let's me talk on the phone and send voice text unlike my fit it. I would give it 5 stars but it's not water proof. I took my last one swimming and it died. So I just have to remember to take it off before going in the water.

I ordered one for the wife and one for me. One came with a broken charger and it the parts that detect heart rate don't work at all. After trouble shooting and a few hours of reading forums and watching videos, I came to the conclusion that the watch is simply defective. 50% working order is not a good thing at all; would not recommend.***Update: Received the replacement watch and it works fine. I was, however, sent yet ANOTHER broken charger. Horrible.

I have purchased this twice, or rather I've had a replacement sent for the first order. Neither watch will connect to Google Assistant or contactless payment methods. It appears neither watch will actually run a system update successfully. I will attempt one more replacement then look for a refund.
