False Advertising and Unauthorized Upgrade
Don't purchase from this reseller! The laptop arrived as promised by Amazon, and I spent hours setting it up and connecting it to my network. While looking through settings, I found a pop-up that my warranty was expiring soon. I bought the laptop on May 8, but only about 50 days remained on the warranty. Through HP chat, I learned this was correct. The reseller had installed an unauthorized upgrade without HP approval. This means HP would not amend the warranty date or allow me to purchase an extended warranty. The product was falsely presented as having a one-year warranty, which neither Amazon nor a purchaser could discern without going through the setup process. After discovering this unauthorized upgrade, why would I take the chance that I'd find something else out of wack.

Good product, but no mouse as promised
So far the product is great. I love the colour, how light weight it is and the specs are appropriate for the type of work I do. However, the mouse in the description was not included in the package, so I am disappointed by that and the seller promised to re-imburse me a small amount so that I could buy one but I am yet to receive the reimbursement.

HP laptop. Great product. Great price.
If you’re over 80, don’t buy it. Lol. I’m still trying to figure out how it works. Used computer for 45 years and now I can’t remember how to set it up!! 🤬But…it’s a lovely product, great price and it will not defeat me. Next review I post on this item, I will be mousing away😜😊

I was surprised by the new program, the Google Chrome link doesn't show its icon, it shows a different one, this new program doesn't accept downloading Firefox, this made me sad. But other than that, the battery lasts a long time.
