Very good picture
Very happy with the camera. It is easy to use and the remote has very good range. I added a wireless HDMI transmitter/receiver the picture is as good as wired. It is amazing quality for the price.

Great camera!
My previous PTZ camera was giving a blue hue to the image. This one produces a high-quality image and is very quiet when moving around. I have one nit-pick: The POWER LED is BLUE and the STANDBY LED is GREEN. The POWER LED is really "CAMERA LIVE" and it should be GREEN, and the STANDBY LED should be YELLOW or ORANGE. A more troublesome issue is there are settings that can only be adjusted from a menu that shows up in the image -- I have no idea how to make it show up so it's large enough to actually read, so I can't change any of the settings. I've only used this with Zoom; I don't know what I'd need to do to get it so the image is large enough on a 4k screen to see the menu. This thing should have a built-in server that you can connect to that lets you make adjustments, the way many printers work.

Update: I’m very happy now.
Update: After reading my comments the good people at Tenveo convinced me to give their latest camera a try for use on my YouTube channel, The Edge of Innovation. Wow. I’ve been blown away. The new camera features everything I wanted in the old cameras. And the Ai tracking? It works really well. Much better than the Fomako cameras I have. I’ll be doing a quick update and review on my channel of this amazing camera soon. My review has gone from a 2 or 3 star to a full 5 stars.Original post: The cameras are just okay. I needed something that could be controlled via a PTZ controller. These have no power-over-ethernet RJ45 jack. I purchased some from Fomako that work very well. They also have the Ai autotracking and, in addition, offer NDI capability. A little more money, but the better choice.

Looks professional, solidly constructed, video quality great from a Sony CMOS sensor, easy remote
If you are a professional who works from home and leads many remote meetings for your business teams, consider this a useful upgrade from the standard webcam. This Tenveo has outstanding video quality as you would expect from a Sony CMOS sensor with 12x optical zoom, 90 degree FOV and 1080p 60fps capability.Despite being a PTZ camera, the installation could not be easier. You get these pieces:> the camera which sits on a PTZ tower that is affixed to the base> the power supply> the USB cord, which has a proprietary end that plugs into the base and a USB-A end to plug into your computer> the IR remote control (you'll need two AAA batteries)> a metal wall mount bracket and parts if you choose to mount this to a wall> the instructionsThe instructions and videos are good for showing you pictures of all the parts and how to assemble them. They don't explain one important aspect of the camera which you need to know to review your camera view and get the angle and other configurations done: this device is recognized as a UVC camera in your computer. To see the camera view, you'll need to go into your computer's SETTINGS app and open the CAMERA setup.I am using a Windows 11 computer and once I get into my Windows camera settings this device is showing as a connected UVC camera. The controls in the UVC of my Win 11 camera setup are:ZoomBrightnessContrastSharpnessSaturationThe Zoom slider doesn't immediately start working, but all the others do. After a few seconds the Zoom also works. However, I find the remote is much better for adjusting the Zoom. The settings that you can set with the remote include:Up/Down buttons = choose whether the camera view is oriented UP or DOWN (switch this if you mounted this to a wall in a way that is making the video upside down)Pan = choose using the L and R arrowsTilt = choose using the Up and Down arrowsHome button = default setting that quickly puts the camera looking parallel and straight forwardZoom slow = very slow and smooth zoom in/outZoom fast = very fast zoom in/out... and other buttons which are used less often that I'll have to read the manual to understand! The conference camera has other connection types in the back of the base which allow it to be used as a streaming device with connections to RS serial joystick controllers and a camera switcher like the Blackmagic.I'm just using this with their supplied USB cord to my Windows laptop. I tested with the good old Teams and Zoom software. They work like a charm, but make sure you go into the Zoom or Teams software config to select this as your camera and mic. I assume other software like OBS would work equally well. The camera looks very professional, is solidly constructed, and operates well with no detectable noise when panning and tilting. Video quality is definitely an improvement over webcam and you can remotely pan, tilt and zoom as needed, all fantastic features for a lively video conference!

poor functionality and support
Not satisfied with this camera at all.-Image is slightly tilted even though the camera is on a flat stable surface.-Auto focus does not work well and had to be disabled. -Doesn’t stream in 4K even though settings are set for it and the software is configured for 4K, still only does 1080p.-Colors randomly go bright and sometimes with a tint (usually blue). The room has no uncovered windows and the lighting of the room doesn’t change.-Randomly starts with wavy lines through the image until it is unplugged from power and plugged back in.Highly recommend looking for a different camera.Edit:Now also running into an issue where the camera NEVER TURNS OFF!! The light on the camera will change to standby, but the video stream never actually stops. The only way to guarantee nothing will be accidentally streamed when not intended is to put the cover over the lens or just unplug it entirely.I've tried contacting support and had a few back and forth emails. It got to the point where they wanted me to install ToDesk on my computer and give them control. Not at all comfortable with giving someone I don't even know complete access to my computer, or installing software that shows as risky when looking it up on Google.I advised I was not comfortable providing access to my computer and asked if the camera could be exchanged. It has been over a week now with zero response. Supposedly, per their website, "All products purchased from our company are guaranteed to keep in good repair for 36 Months" but that seems to be a total lie. This camera hasn't even made it 6 months.Still recommending to stay FAR AWAY from this company and any of their products.
