I just received my product today. I used it for deep conditioning my natural hair. I liked that it was easy to use. Just put it on, pull the string close to your head, plug it in, select the setting and there you go. Also liked that it's not bulky. It is easy to store. My hair has absorbed my conditioner. What I didn't like is that the string doesn't pull close enough for me to feel secured. It seemed like the heat wasn't high enough because of the string. I think that it could've been more if the cap was a little more secured. The other thing I didn't like is that it came in a clear plastic bag, not even a darkened color bag.

Return this item due to wrong voltage, not my faultI received $10.00 refund not the total sum.That's half of the cost.😭

So after using this product I must say it does not get hot enough to maintain moisture in hair. Waste of money
