very dissapointed
This is an absolute scam. The PC I received is NOTHING like what they advertised. The seller’s images are completely false. The headset is NOT the same as shown—it's a cheap, inferior version without the microphone. The CPU lights? Completely off, and they don’t even illuminate the entire CPU—what a joke! Most crucially, it doesn’t recognize the monitor at all. The WiFi receptor? Absolutely useless—WiFi is constantly off, and the connection is useless. I bought this for my daughter's 8th birthday, and I am beyond disappointed. This was a waste of money and an outright lie. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

Works well, once I purchased the correct monitor cord
I bought two Dell Gaming OptiPlex PC with i7 and AMD RX 550. Both came with an HDMI to HDMI cord. However the desktops did not recognize the HDMI output, therefore there was nothing viewable. I purchased two DVI to HDMI cords, using the DVI output of the desktop, and both computers are working well. I reached out to seller STG USA to have my email returned 5 days later as refused by recipient's email system, not that it was undeliverable. One desktop had extra hard drive disk wires, other desktop the graphics card was not seated correctly. After two weeks both computers are still working.

Great for the price
This computer does exactly what we bought it for. We can play games, no problems. Super easy to set up and use. WE love the light on the keyboard, mouse, and tower. The monitor is adjustable so I can move it with my seat. The color is vivid and all around, it has worked really well for us.We are not super heavy gamers though. We play things like Fortnite and Sims and a couple Steam games but they have all done really well.

Monitor does not work
The product was delivered on time with no damage to the packaging but the monitor does not work and the only option that is given to rectify the situation is to return the entire product. Very frustrating

Great product for a great price.
I bought this for my 12 yr old as his first PC and it has been great. Very simple set up. The only issue we had was with activating windows and that issue was resolved within just a few messages to their support team. Very impressed with the customer service and will definitely buy from this company again.
