I love everything about this waist trainer! It's super cheap but very effective! It's comfortable, you can wear it all day! It doesn't scrunch up and it's super lightweight and it doesn't show through your clothes!! I ordered the medium and will be ordering the small very soon!

I have gone through about 60 different waist trainers to workout in that snap and zip and this one is the best by far the measurements are spot on super easy to put on I hand wash and wipe down with a wash cloth so cleaning it is super simple and easy the sweat that I get from wearing this on a 45 min workout is insane I love it. Helps shed the fat off of all of my midsection, exactly what I was looking for . And is super comfortable and easy to put on . Get your right size first so when you start losing the inches your just switching the levels of hooks .. DONT WALK RUN

I originally ordered a medium and it felt way too comfortable so I ordered a small. Even on the tightest hooks it still feels the same as the medium did. It’s very stretchy so that’s probably why. I want a waist trainer that actually somewhat squishes me. This one is very comfortable and doesn’t roll over but it’s just not doing what I want it to do, even with a size down.

This band really makes you sweat fast and is very helpful since I bought this product I have already lost a few pounds it feels a little to big on me now and it’s time for me to buy a smaller size I do recommend this product and I hope it works well for you guys as well as it is helping me.

I was skeptical at first much like most anybody; but let me just tell you...this thing is great! I should have gotten a size down but it still works. I sweat so much wearing this and I have actually lost a few inches, and pounds. Now if your looking to loose a TON of weight super fast...this isn't going to get it, but it does help you slim down a little at a time, and it does slim you down under your clothes, and for me that was a plus from the beginning. I have the "mom pooch" and with this on you can't see it much at all! It doesn't dig into your skin, or aggravate at all. It sits snug against you (especially when you start sweating). Guarenteed to see at least some small results within the first few weeks of wearing it!

It doesn't make yiu sweat much

I am 5'6 213lbs ordered an XL as many said it was a bit snug. I was able to clip on 3rd hook 1st day, so definitely reordering maybe even a medium for a more snatched fit. All in all it is comfortable for all day use.
