I think this is a great product and in a smoothie with skim milk and yogurt I get about 33 g of protein. Some may say it is too expensive, and my response would be have you seen the price of meat lately? For me, recovering from a very extensive surgery it is a great way to get the protein I need. It is tasteless and the yogurt in the smoothie takes away any powder taste. A great product

I have tried a TON of vanilla protein powders. I absolutely loved the ORA So Lean & So Clean Daily Superfood Plant Protein in Vanilla Chai flavor! The taste is smooth and perfectly spiced without being overpowering. It mixes effortlessly into smoothies and even just with water, leaving no gritty texture. I typically mix in a smoothie with just water, spinach and blueberries! Delivious and low-calorie. Knowing it’s packed with clean, plant-based ingredients makes it even better. If you're looking for a delicious and wholesome protein boost, this one’s a game-changer!

I wanted to try this powder because I was impressed by the company and their commitment to quality and by their transparency in publishing testing results for heavy metals. I've been using a few different Garden of Life powders lately and thought I'd try something new for a change.The ingredients are definitely high quality and a good mix of different protein sources, although pea protein is the first and largest ingredient. Compared to the Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla Powder however, the Ora has a slightly chalkier consistency. Also, the Ora vanilla flavor is non-detectable - this powder is basically flavorless and odorless, which is disappointing. The Garden of Life Organic Plant Protein Smooth Vanilla Powder has a very nice vanilla flavor and smell which I prefer.I would rate this 4 stars basically for the quality of the ingredients and for the company's willingness to share their testing results. I have requested similar results from a few other companies - from Orgain twice - and none have provided the information requested. So hats off to Ora for transparency. However I docked the Ora powder one star for blandness and for the chalky consistency. Not sure if I would buy this again, although I might try another flavor if I thought it was better than the vanilla.

This is a great protein powder especially for those of us who have horrific stomach problems and cannot digest whey/ most protein powders. That being said it does not taste good at all. The chocolate one is tolerable, but if you’re looking for this to be a yummy protein snack, look elsewhere. But as someone who has tried countless different protein powders and has always suffered a lot of stomach issues and pain from the trial and error process, I will always swear by this one. This is the only protein powder that hasn’t left me painfully bloated, nauseous, and diarrhetic. All I wanted was a protein powder that helps me reach my goals without having to be in constant pain and this one does that, so I am very happy with it. The taste is something I can very easily overlook for all the benefits. Plus I think this is the healthiest one out there because it doesn’t have all those extra chemicals that a regular protein powder may have being that this one is completely plant based.

UPDATE 09-29-2024Something has happened within this company, and this use to be the best tasting protein drink. Now the batches are inconsistent.I truly wonder if you are getting any protein anymore.I have been buying 2 of these monthly for over a year, and the price has dramatically increased while THE QUALITY HAS GONE DOWN DRAMATICALLY!I just gave it another chance after, waiting a few months, after my below original good review was edited to the below bad review. The issue persists. One jar may not have any taste but seem a bit sweet. The next has NO SWEETNESS but a bit of flavor, BUT STILL NOTHING LIKE THE DELICIOUS DRINK I HAD COME TO EXPECT FROM THIS BRAND! Buyer beware. I hope nothing changed in the ingredients too!!INSTEAD YES THERE HAS BEEN A BIG CHANGE There is NO FLAVOR AT ALL!! Normally it had a huge pea protein flavor which I am not a huge fan of, but it also tasted like vanilla and I was able to mask the pea protein flavor. The new bottle tastes like NOTHING!!! I even checked, I thought ???Maybe??? they gave me unflavored instead of vanilla in error......NOPE! :-( Both of my bottles are vanilla, and both have ZERO flavor! BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased this because their marketing campaigns mention that the flavor is unlike anything else in the market. That they spent so long perfecting the formula, etc. The taste is fine (I purchased vanilla), and I like that it doesn't have artificial sweeteners. However, it still tastes a bit grainy/chalky compared to whey protein. Very similar to other non-premium brands. I don't think that can be avoided. I'll finish the container. I just took it today so I can't speak to how easy it is on my stomach yet, but so far so good. I'd say it's a good product, functionally speaking. But the claims on superb, unlike-any-other, taste seem false to me.

Tastes amazing on my vanilla yogurt. Not chalky tasting as some powders are. Tastes just like chocolate. Very filling. Not clumpy. Clean ingredients. I have a sensitive stomach and his does not bother it....

Good flavor, does not make me feel bloated or sick. Would love a bigger size.
