I didn't get these for my phone, but for my Kindle. I may put one on my phone later. For the Kindle, it has really been a game-changer on the hand stress.Sticky-ness: It feels very solid and is not coming off. I try not to put a lot of pressure on it, but it feels good. I will update if I have any issues.Ring-stiffness: You can spin and bend the ring in the back to whatever angle you want, and it does a good job of staying there. It's a really good blend of not too stiff to adjust, but stiff enough it doesn't come out of position easily when you don't want it to.I am very happy with these, at an average of 2 dollars each, it's a great buy.
