5-STAR KETO-FRIENDLY BISCUITS
Absolutely excellent keto-friendly biscuit. Follow the directions closely and you will have 7 large wonderful biscuits. The recipe claims 10-12, but it's less if you make them normal size. Also, freezing the butter and using a box grater is a great suggestion. Pro tip: consider adding cheese or chives to add some additional flavors.

Real biscuits!!
Attached is a photo of a farmers breakfast casserole, served with sausage gravy on side. If you are low carb/keto and you need biscuits and gravy, Scottys is it.I have tried making biscuits with carb quick and I have tried making scratch keto biscuits all have missed the mark. Scottys biscuit mix is the best. The instructions seem complicated. Let me save you time. Empty contents of baking mix in a ninja blender or food processor, Butter or lard can be used. Cut the butter or lard into squares. Pulse the butter or lard in your food processor or ninja blender. Pulsing, slowly drizzle the liquid in until it becomes a ball. This literally takes 5 minutes and the dough comes out perfect.I've included modifications to this mix because the texture is perfect however the flavor is mid. It calls for 1 cup of water and ice. I've substituted equal parts half and half, water and a teaspoon of powdered buttermilk. Make sure you are using salted butter or lard. Lard will make it flaky if that is what you're after. Also a teaspoon of baking powder if want the Grands effect. Important! Add a pinch of salt! Add a pinch of monk fruit or allulose! These little tweaks will have you believing these are homestyle biscuits. Now for the farmers casserole.Bake the Scottys biscuits at 350 6 minutes, remove from ovenI used a 9×9 casserole dish12 eggs1 cup cottage cheeseNutmeg, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt1/2lb breakfast sausage (cooked)1/2 cup chopped bacon (cooked)1 cup shredded cheeseIn a food processor or ninja blender combine eggs, cottage cheese, seasining. Add sausage. Pulse a few times. Pour into greased casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bacon. Bake uncovered 350 20 minutes. Place biscuits on top. Cover with foil and cook another 20 minutes. You can top with more cheese and bacon if you want 😋Pour sausage gravy on top before serving.

Interesting
I don’t know how they did it, but the mix does produce a biscuit quite easily. My son loves biscuits but I was never a fan. I always found all biscuits dry, so the fact that these are dry is not off putting at all. They are easy to put together, and my son was very impressed. He ate them with butter and low carb jam, and he liked them very much. Because of the price, we won’t buy these frequently, but I would buy them again to make the family happy. In that regard , they were a success. They baked quickly and easily, and were much appreciated by all the males in the family, but especially by my son. He always did like biscuits, so he was very happy with them. I made them smaller and got a larger yield. The texture and taste were fine, if somewhat dry. They are edible, unlike a lot of low carb products that I have bought, and they went over well with the biscuit eaters. I have also purchased their pizza crust mix, and am making a pizza this weekend. I’m happy I discovered the mixes, and happy that the family liked them. I had half a biscuit which was enough for me. Expensive but well worth it in terms of pleasing the family. Surprisingly palatable, very expensive, but specialty products generally are. In regards to making someone happy they are worth an occasional splurge and that’s priceless.

Tasty Low-Carb Option, but Difficult to Work With 🍪
I’m always on the hunt for low-carb snacks, and Scotty’s Everyday Keto Biscuit Mix caught my attention. While the flavor is pretty good, the texture and consistency leave a bit to be desired.Pros:Low Carb: Perfect for staying on track with a keto lifestyle while enjoying a biscuit-like treat.Good Taste: The flavor is satisfying and better than many other low-carb mixes I’ve tried.Cons:Challenging Texture: The mix doesn’t hold together well, and I often end up with a sticky mess that’s hard to shape and bake properly.Messy Preparation: Despite following the instructions, it’s tough to get a consistent result without a lot of extra effort.Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a tasty, low-carb biscuit option and don’t mind some extra prep time, this mix might be worth trying. However, the consistency issues make it less convenient than I’d hoped. I’d recommend it more for those who don’t mind experimenting to get the perfect bake.

Buttery Flaky Bottoms
Amazing! I cut up the butter in tiny pieces and mixed in it in with the other ingredients. I made drop biscuits instead of rolling them out. They turned out great! Fluffy with crispy flaky buttery bottoms. The consistency was perfect. You could not tell they were gluten free. They weren't gummy like the other brands I've tried. I made sausage gravy to go over them but the biscuits were so good I ate the biscuits plain. I thought they were worth the extra cost since they were so good and it's not something I make all the time.
