Did a great job!
The tape is very durable. I got it in Platinum Nylon. I used it to repair holes and tears in the roof of my outdoor bench swing, which is some kind of canvas material. I was very pleased. I later ordered it in Sage Green, and it was much thinner, and flimsy. Although, the Sage Green looked like it would be durable as well, but not as durable as the Platinum Nylon, which is strange to me since they are the same price. When I worked with the Sage Green (outside), it was a bit breezy and that made working with it harder. Since it was thin and flimsy, it kept folding over itself, and I had to un-stick it from itself, which was a pain. Also, it didn't lie nice and flat and smooth like the platinum nylon. It had many wrinkles and buckles, which I didn't like the look of. But I suppose it will do the job of keeping the rips and tears from getting worse. The platinum nylon was thicker and seems more durable. It laid nice and flat and smooth when I laid it down. The platinum nylon is about as thick as duct tape. I wondered if I could just use duct tape and save myself some money (I spent a small fortune repairing this roof). But I read somewhere that duct tape is not meant for outdoor use because it's not waterproof. Anyway, I'm basically pleased with this tape. It could be cheaper though, since you only get one piece per package that is 20 inches by 3 inches. If you don't care about the color, I would definitely get the platinum nylon over the sage green. I can't speak for the thickness and durability of the other colors. Now, I'll see how long it lasts. I will update my review regarding this.UPDATE (10-20-17) Well, it's been 4 months since I repaired my canvas outdoor bench swing roof with this product and it is staying on beautifully! Both the sage green and the platinum. Not even the edges of the repair tape are fraying. And it's been outside in the elements the whole time (which really vary in Chicago). I also used some extra-strength heavy-duty duct tape to finish up repairing a few small tears, not wanting to spend the extra money getting more Tenacious Tape, thinking I could get away with it. Not so, the duct tape came off already, but not the Tenacious tape. I've decided that this product is worth the price. It looks like it will stay on forever. I upgraded to 5 stars.

The different "colors" of tape are actually different types of tape, pick wisely.
The "off-white" (ripstop nylon) tape is 20" x 3", it's thin but it is opaque. This fabric tape is flexible, very sticky, and strong. I used this tape to repair a small hole that our cat made on the wall of our new tent, the first time we set it up to inspect it. It did the job well, and doesn't look too bad either. One thing that puzzles me about this product, is that no where on the packaging does it actually say "ripstop nylon". It is discreetly labeled as "Nylon" on the front of the package, but 'nylon' and 'ripstop nylon' are not the same thing. The product description here on Amazon is just as vague. There are 3 different types of tape being sold as "7 different colors", and it is not made clear what type of tape each "color" actually is.Nylon Tape (black, red, orange, yellow)Ripstop Nylon Tape (green and off-white)Plastic/Vinyl Tape (clear)
