I made miso soup with this and it was delicious! Me and my son both enjoyed it. The trick is to not make the broth very hot so you still get the fermented health benefits.

Great miso, it just comes a long way and I wasn’t able to use it as soon as I would have liked. That being said, this is a really smooth miso with great flavor.
