Allen's Minties Large Bag 1kg. - Australian

I thought Pascals and Allen Minties were the same but they are not. Difference is Allen's are smaller, softer, mintier and Pascals Minties are perfect square, just the right amount of minty taste and chew last longer and doesn't stick to the teeth like Allens. Why aren't Pascals Minties offered on Amazon? I would like that.I guess it's all about preference.

We LOVE this candy and were willing to pay the HIGH price for them. However, our bag showed up ripped open and spilled out. Seller said "they are individually wrapped...so...." Not cool. We all know that these candies can be opened, messed with and rewrapped.. That's why Mom always tossed that kind of candy out of our Halloween hauls. Anyway, buyer beware...should have gone to World Market instead.UPDATE FROM SELLER:Hi again,Sorry for the delay in replying to this. I saw that it was an Amazon FBA order, and not a fullfilled by us, so amazon should handle everything and not us.Onto the issue - It sounds like amazon has cut the bag, because if it arrived at amazon from us open and contents coming out, it would have been flagged . The minties bags given they weigh 1kg are very hard to open, and tough, they dont just pop open. They are generally void of excess air , as each minty is wrapped and sealed.So it sounds like a packer on amazon end might have cut it when preparing the shipment.Eitherway i am sorry this has happened.It is frustrating to hear. I can't see why anyone at amazon would open a minty and rewrap it. You would be able to see it if that was done.Could you by chance take a pic for me, so i can confirm this? so i can get you a resolution.Thankyou for your time,InDeManD Toys

Think snow caps, these are so refreshing. The minties in the bag I received were soft but chewy. Hadn’t tasted them before but hooked! Glad I purchased the larger bag!

It was my favorite candy as a little girl in hi, then didn't know that Amazon Carey's them, always love the flavors and freshness tastes. Thanks Amazon.

Terrible. Product old. Not chewy but crumbly - very off putting.

I searched for some time to get the old Minties that I grew up loving in New Zealand. Here they are, and in quantity. My recent order will probably only last me 3 months, but I have been eating 3 to 5 a day at times. A soft mint chew that will melt in your mouth.

The candy and wrapper are melted together. Unwrapping means scraping away at the candy to get every little bit of wrapper off. Not worth the hassle and ineligible for returns despite the high price.
