I ordered a soup mix from the same company which was very good. I tried the carrots because sometimes I want to cook with something a little blander than the soup mix. I have not tried them alone, but put them in with rice while it is cooking or in a broth to have a little more body. They plump up nicely. I have limited refrigerator space, and live a long ways from a grocery store, so it is nice to be able to keep a low sodium alternative on hand that I don't have to worry about spoiling.

EXCELLENT‼️ Put into a ramen soup for lunch & the flavor was amazing. Actually better than fresh for this purpose as it was more intense with the dehydration. Easy to scoop into anything.

I love these! These are perfect for cooking in soups, stews, and stir frys!

I was surprised to see these available, but when they arrived, was dismayed that they taste like black licorice, ended up tossing the whole container.

This is a terrific product and timesaver. Great for sauce, soups, salads,etc. I used it in my stuffing and it was easy and delicious. No more shredding carrots. Just perfect.
