These arrived at 6 p.m. (4 hours after ordering them), then by 8 when I’m usually very bloated, I wasn’t. At 10pm I had a sudden urge to go loo, and it was not as uncomfortable. My heartburn only woke me up once when usually it can keep me awake most of the night.I woke this morning; my head was clearer than usual. I took two with my breakfast and didn't feel ill or bloated, which was a first.I have to ask myself if this is a placebo effect or are these tablets really helping?Well, tomorrow night I plan on having a drink. Love so far, it’s been a month using it in combination with my mebeverine for my IBS-D. I’ve only had one episode within the month, while before its was once/ twice a week. I’m very happy with it and I hope it will keep working 😁
