Cathe is NO slacker. She works good. Fine pace and for this 60 + I sweat to keep up.
As I said above Cathe is good. Good fitness instructor, couch, Forman. Her crew helps to get the job done and to have time off.

I bought this video for my personnel use. My first time with Cathe. Iโm a big Karen Voight fan. But I really enjoyed this video and will buy more of Catheโs!

Challenging and Relaxing Workout
I absolutely love this Yoga Relax DVD! I am an advanced beginner and found the poses in this workout to be challenging, yet the workout overall was very relaxing. My muscles were definitely tight the next day, so I consider this an effective workout. There are three workouts on the DVD, a full 52 minute and two express workouts ( just shy of 30 minutes each). Cathe does a great job of giving modifications for each pose; easy, intermediate, and advanced. I definitely have plenty of opportunities to strive to achieve those advanced modifications, but I never felt overwhelmed or discouraged while doing the workout. I love that she reminds you to only stretch as far as your body will allow you today and to give thanks for what you are able to achieve. While she does give helpful suggestions on body alignment, this is in no way a beginning "how to" DVD. The background music was relaxing and I like that there is a voice only option to play your own music. I will definitely be purchasing her Yoga Max DVD as well!

Great Peaceful Workout
Cathe is an seasoned workout instructor but has received a little criticism from reviewers about her yoga dvds. Even though her form isn't that of a seasoned yogini, this is still an excellent relaxing yoga workout. She spends a good amount of time in each pose and the music is so relaxing. She uses classic yoga poses, so in-depth instruction isn't needed. End result - a zenned out yoga experience. :)

good stretching and low impact
I bought this so I would have something to do on my "off" days. It fits the bill, relatively simple yoga flow, good stretching and low impact. Just what I was looking for.

Relax but don't sweat
This video is great for stretching but you won't work a sweat. I think Cathe did a great job with explaining the moves throughout the video but this is just a relax video. If I'm going to dedicate 50 minutes to exercise it needs to be somewhat of a challenge. I like her other yoga videos much better. If you need something to meditate and relax without concern for gaining much flexibility or strength then it does a fair job. Don't expect to burn many calories.

Perfect stress relief
I use this dvd for after work. I work in an ER and its hard to unwind after stressful shifts. This really does the trick!
