I use this pieces of cheesecloth to make herb packets when I make soup or stew. I also use it to filter my homebrew Kombucha and to make yogurt cheese. The holes are tiny, so the filtering goes slowly (don't try to dump the entire jar of kombucha over the cheesecloth at once...it will back up and flood!).It is hand washable and dries quickly. Unlike some more loosely woven cheesecloth, the threads do not separate and come loose in my soup!

My daughter hates pulp so I bought this to strain the pulp out. I did a 2 ply for the carrot juice. In the pictures it shows the pulp strained out on the top. I also did fresh lemon juice and let it sit for 2 hours but only a couple drops strained through which I thought was weird. But it did exactly what I bought it for! The holes are much smaller than other cheesecloth and it doesn't run like other brands. I will definitely buy this again.
