It's great but it's turning knob must be changed into an 90deg up down type of handle to get water from it.

Average productSeems overpricedAssembly is not easy as the rubber seal is not with proper dimensions.But their support is good.

The media could not be loaded.  People who doesn't know to use might give a negative revy about installation, but it's very easy if you calmly fit it with a professional plumber. One can fit it by yourself if you know it.i have used the same model but different brand and made in England so it was easy for me to install and use it 🙂.

The container is made of very thin plastic, its not metal or clay and a 4 inch long crack developed in the plastic vessel once the inlet valve is opened. Unit is completely scrapped and the return window is closed since i had a month waiting for installation.

the yellow tape was there while opening the box yesterday Further it was showing leak also need to replace that washer or the photo shown item .

Over priced

Water taste is nice . Fitting was ok for me. Did it myself as prefittings were already there in my kitchen .Good for well waters. But Corporation waters i think RoUv purifier is needed.

Slightly difficult to install. O-ring was very very stiff.
