Very small and portable
I wanted to improve the audio quality for some videos I shoot with my phone. This tiny microphone system is incredibly straightforward. The receiver plugs directly into the charging port on my phone, and the microphone itself is light enough to clip onto my shirt collar without pulling on the fabric. The sound it captures is a significant step up from the phone's built-in microphone, producing much clearer and more focused voice recordings. I tested the noise reduction feature while standing near a busy road, and it did a commendable job of isolating my voice from the background traffic noise. The connection between the microphone and the receiver was stable, with no dropouts during my tests. Its tiny size means it's no trouble to just keep it in my pocket for when I might need it.

good range and battery
Why did you choose this product over others?:These mini wireless microphones have been a helpful addition to my phone-based video recording. They're straightforward to set up; I just plug the receiver into my Android phone's USB-C port, and the microphones connect without any fuss. The sound quality is clear, and the noise reduction feature works quite effectively to minimise background distractions, which is crucial for cleaner audio in my videos and occasional interviews. The claimed 328ft range seems accurate in open spaces, and I haven't experienced any dropouts within a reasonable distance indoors. The 6-hour battery life on the transmitters is decent, usually lasting through my recording sessions. The AI voice changer is a fun extra, offering a bit of novelty for more creative projects. While they don't come with a charging case, simply charging them with a standard USB-C cable is easy enough. They've certainly made recording audio for my phone videos much more professional and convenient.

Crisp Sound, Tiny Package
I grabbed this BOYA mini microphone to sort out my video chats and casual vlogging without having to wrestle with cables. The mic is so light, I almost forgot it was clipped on during a long family Zoom call last weekend. It was a lifesaver, especially when I wanted to keep my hands free to deal with the chaos around me.The noise cancellation is pretty clever too. I tested it in a noisy café and my voice came through clear, with the usual background hum nicely toned down. The AI voice changer added a bit of fun during a silly group chat, letting me switch between male and female voices with just a flash of the LED, definitely a crowd pleaser. One small gripe is that the USB-C plug feels a bit snug on my older Android, so I had to jiggle it slightly a few times. Still, the 100 metre wireless range meant I could wander about the garden while recording without any dropouts, which was handy for a quick impromptu interview with my neighbour’s cat.Overall, this is a great replacement for bulkier wireless setups. If you want neat, hassle-free audio capture with a dash of personality, this mic fits the bill nicely.

Microphones With Good Battery Life And Good Quality Sound
These wireless microphones are really nice. They are small, which makes them appear discreet in the video. The clips work quite well (they can be a bit of a challenge with thicker fabrics just because of how small microphones are). The microphones have 100m range, which is sufficient for my needs. The range is suitable for recordings in small to medium gardens or a medium-sized room. The connection was stable and I had no unexpected drop-offs when using these microphones. The receiver has a USB-C connection. This is quite standard and did not cause issues to me.I also appreciate battery life. The batteries held well for the whole afternoon of recording. This is impressive considering that microphones are very lightweight but still have durable batteries. The sound quality was good and the surrounding noise was not apparent in the final recording.Great microphones, 5/5 stars.

A nice, small, good quality lavalier mic for USB-C devices
I’ve reviewed a couple of these battery operated bluetooth microphones recently. The key selling point for this one is that it is a smaller unit (and sold as a single microphone - most of these are packaged in pairs). This means it’s simpler, but at £28 not necessarily cheaper - fine for someone who wants to ensure a clear voice recording when using their phone as a video device.Note, this does not come with any lightning adapters which means that if you intend to use it with an older model iPhone you may run into trouble. This is a USB-C connector only - fine for ipads, newer iphones and all modern laptops and android devices. My criticism would be that the mic itself is still pretty chunky. Not very subtle and hard to hide if you are hoping to pick up voice without a mic on show.Charging and establishing bluetooth connectivity are no problem at all and work at a good distance. Very simple and intuitive plug and play, a reliable clip and the battery lasts a good amount of time (at least 1 hour - I have not tried it for longer). This will not be as good as professional mic, but for most amateur needs it will be a good starting point and a definite upgrade from your normal phone mic.I have not got to grips with the AI voice changer/enhancer element of this.
