I love 95% of this filter. We replaced our first filter when we realized it had been in too long (ha!). We took the old one out and the water pressure was so crazy good again! No wonder it was so low. However, after replacing it with the new one, it’s only been a couple months and the water pressure has already gone down. Maybe it’s just because our water is so hard, but just for a heads up for others! We love it otherwise!!

I've purchased this filter 3 times now and honestly see the difference every time I install it. We have very hard water in our home. My hair feels so much better with this filter. The package states it lasts about 6 months, I feel after about 4 months it starts to wear off but it's still worth it. When I take the old one out to put new one on I can see all the grossness the filter catches. It's fairly easy to install, sometimes I need my husband to twist off the old one.

I bought this product because the water in my home is so hard, it was stripping my hair color and turning it a brassy color. This seems to help quite a bit. The first filter seemed to work better than the replacement. My color stayed faded more with the replacement, but I am not sure if it was the filter or my hair color, which can sometimes be the case. Hence, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

I was pleasantly surprised by this product. The installation took five minutes including taking it out of the package! Very simple. I like the fact that the filter is in the shower head itself, and doesn't push the head down losing headspace like other filters do. (My husband is tall and needs a high shower head). I'm using it for myself and to fill the bathtub for my kids. There is no water flow restriction whatsoever, and the shower head is very nice. I am happy I finally know my kids and I will be protected from chlorine and lead that I know is in our water!

This helps your skin and hair feel smooth and gets rid of that hard water. Also better for your lungs so you don't breathe in chlorine.

I am so disappointed with this order. I have had these shower heads for 2 years now, and have ordered and replaced the filters numerous times before. I'm not sure what the deal was with this order, but it did NOT go well. The filters I've received in the past have had stickers on them, so I knew they were new. These did not. I figured maybe it's just a change in packaging, but I really have no way of knowing these weren't previously used filters. One of the filters was so misshapen it had to be forced into place. I should have known better... after replacing the filter my shower head began to leak where it connected with the arm. That had never happened before. I like said, I have replaced the filters before, so maybe this was a once in a lifetime bad experience, but it was an overall bad experience.

This filter for the Vivasping Filtered Shower Head is a perfect replacement for Brondell Shower Head. If you haven't used a filtered shower head, you will notice a big difference. The water feels softer and makes the entire shower experience better. This shower head is huge and is really worth the price. The filters are only changed every 6 months so they are pretty long life. Excellent product and I will be changing the filter on schedule, every 6 months. Highly recommend.

Excellent slim line filter maintains good water pressure.

Good product, noticed a change in my husband's very sensitive red skin right away.These are easy to use if you do it properly. You need to use the plumber's tape included or you will have leaks and can't blame it on the product.

The shower head and two filters is $49 at Costco, $65 here… but EACH filter is $25?! I honestly thought it was a two pack, I am shocked at how bad the value is. It does an OK job I have to say I haven’t really noticed much improvement. $50 a year per shower head is too much I’ll probably stop using them soon.

It doesn't filter Ontario's hard water completely but it's a good choice if you live in a place where it's not possible to use other types of filter. It's certainly better than not have a filter at all.

Filter does a great job in reducing the amount of chlorine that gets onto your skin.
