Encantada con lo que compré, duermo bien, más cómoda que con una almohada normal, antes que invertir en una almohada común compren una de estas.

I have had sleep issues for as long as I can remember. I struggle with neck pain from sleeping in all positions, on top of phone and computer use. I have to constantly stretch my neck due to frequent tension headaches. Within the last few years I’ve tried different medications, different pillows, a new mattress, and I just ordered this a few days ago. I feel like I already notice a huge difference. I am giving it 4 stars because it is a bit too flat so I have to stack it on a second pillow to get the height I need.

Did not help at all. Actually I think it made my neck pain worse.

I bought this pillow and I it’s really too hard for me. It does what it’s supposed to do where it supports the back of your neck, but I think it’s really too hard. I wake up in the middle of the night and have to switch out my pillow so if a person likes a firm pillow, they would probably like this one, but I don’t like a firm pillow so I have a hard time with it, but I keep it on my bed And I do sleep with it. The best thing I can say for somebody is it’s only $40 and you really need to try it out for yourself and that’s why I did.

I’ve tried several cervical neck pillows and this is the only one to actually relieve my neck pain. My C1, C2 & C3 are all damaged. I wake every morning with a headache, neck and shoulder pain until…this pillow!It’s extremely firm and looks weird but it has helped me more than any other pillow!!

Best pillow ever. And I'm a chiropractor.
