DecoArt Glamour Dust Glitter Paint, Ice Crystal

Beautiful paint! (Ordered it as a ‘substitute’ solution to a more expensive variety that was going to take three weeks to ship from USA.) Delighted with purchase and will be using this from now on.Gives a lovely, sparkly opalescent top coat. So it’s really versatile in the sense you can apply it on top on any colour to give an iridescent effect to any project. (A little goes a long way, if, like me, you like a subtle finish.)Looks amazing, but difficult to photograph! 😂 The photos don’t do it justice.

Decorated two home made snowballs and it gave a fab shimmer on them. Loads left to use on other craft projects.

OMG! gorgeous. What a twinkle it gives in the light. Subtle and effective. Under proper lighting it has a bang! I wont even try to photgraph this it simply will not do any justice. Using this for a painting.

Lovely product. I have only used once. Painted detail on card. Excellent result. Applied thinly and produced lovely translucent sparkle.Highly recommended.

It leaves this soft, transparent, glittery layer. I think I'd prefer if this was less transparent, more visible.

The description of this product is misleading. It's pva with some glitter added.in a tiny bottle.not glittery at all. Plus when it's painted on to something.its got bits like tissue when wet. I feel cheated.ive been making my own of this for year's. But I wanted paint not glue.

Drys quickly, needs several coats, quite thin and the glitter element is OK, not brilliant

This is a good quality glitter finish that is subtle, not garish or crude- looking. It dries beautifully. I have used it for years.

This Ice Crystal glitter paint is gorgeous. It gives a subtle delicate sparkle with a thin layer, and you can get even more sparkle by adding more layers. Just make sure to allow it to dry between coats. Whatever effect you are after, this little beauty has got you covered.

The church I belong to often has after-service meals or celebrations. In the past, someone spent a day tieing ribgons around napkins rolled around the plasticware. A friend and I decided to make napkin rings from 1 1/4" PVC and decorated them with stickers containing a Scripture verse. Because we were concerned about children - and some adults - trying to peel the stickers off, we wanted to seal the stickers to the napkin ring.I purchased "DecoArt Glamour Dust 2-Ounce Ice Crystal Glitter Paint" and painted over the sticker as well as over the entire napkin ring. This paint dries clear, but has a subtle sparkle when you view the napkin ring under light. One 2-Ounce bottle was enough to seal and cover over 250 napkin rings.

I used to this product to add a brightness to my painted rocks. The quality is very good. I like that the shininess comes out quite discreet, avoiding the kitch effect

This is transparent paint with very fine glitter. The glitter is fiery, not the "Christmas card snow", with the pale pinks, yellows, and greens, but with flashes of red, blue, bronze, purple, etc. It can be very subtle to very dramatic, depending on how much you apply. It has the consistency of regular acrylic craft paint. Although it's very fine, there's a lot of glitter in the paint. Definitely recommended.
