Extremely sharp
I was moving and one of these was in a box, I gently placed my hand inside and this thing cut right into my finger, deep inside. These things are super sharp.

Handle is too narrow for me
These are okay. Prior to ordering these OLESBUR Premium Vegetable Peelers, I was using an OXO vegetable peeler (for comparison). These peelers are extremely budget friendly. They do work well and are sharp. They are lightweight and easy to use. The only reason I am deducting 1 star is the handles seem too narrow to me. This could be because I'm used to the OXO handle that is much bigger. That said, after peeling a few vegetables, my hand starts cramping. To the best of my knowledge, I don't have arthritis or anything like that. I know the thickness of the handle is probably one of those subjective characteristics that may not mean anything to others but I wanted to mention it.
