This back massage seat cushion is really just a vibrator with heat. There are not massage nodes that move around … it just vibrates. Having said that, I like it! Shiatsu massagers are too rough on me and I just don’t like those kind. This is perfect for me, and I love the heat feature as well. This massage seat cushion is great to turn on when I’m working long hours at my desk. I also love the warmth in these cold months. I like that I can change the intensity of the vibration, and I also find that I have plenty of cord to plug it in.

This back massager seat cushion provides more vibration than actual kneading, but its still pretty comfortable and soothing after a long day at work. In addition, it gave my old office chair a new life, since the cushion was falling apart - so I was able to place this massager over my old chair, secure it in place with the included straps - and gave my office chair another leash on use!The heat setting is great - and warms up pretty quickly. Low wattage use - so great for on the road use if you have one of those portable power stations. Device draws about 22W to 25W.

The back massager is wonderfully awesome. It is my second one. I gave the first to my wife. We both work from home. It eased my back pain and the heat is very soothing. I like that it has multiple intensities. You can also set a timer from 30, 60 and 90 minutes. Most only give you 30 minutes. It has various modes my favorite is the rolling mode. It's a must have if you work from home and spend alot of time sitting in front of a screen.

While the vibration strength might not be ideal for heavier individuals like me, it seems to be perfect for those under 200lbs. My wife, for example, says she feels relief after using it. Additionally, I love the heat feature; it's perfect for chilly days when I'm working from home and want a little extra warmth. Overall, it's a great product for a relaxing massage while sitting at my desk.
