This purchase lead to one of the best workshop upgrades I have done in a long time. Convenience, this 20’ roll of PVC hose, cut into 3 pieces, allowed me to connect my Planer, Router and Jointer to my dust collection system. I had previously had to move one hose between the three machines. Flexibility, the PVC is a tough material, but offers great flexibility as I move my machines into position for each task. The steel coil built into the hose keeps it from kinking. And the2 1/2 “ diameter hose fits snuggly onto the 2” ID, Schedule 40 PVC pipe that I use to connect the hose to my dust collection system. ( the 2” schedule 40 PVC has a 2 3/8”OD - outside diameter).

This dust collection hose fits perfectly on my shop vac and works great. I was able to cut it into 3 sections and connect it to my table saw, my sander and my planer. Looks like it will last a long time due to the quality of the material.

Hose is ok, but I chose this product because it included 4 thumbscrew clamp. The clamps are garbage, sharp edges that cut you when you adjust and the strap is just pressed, not punched through like quality clamps. Buy a cheaper hose and get your own clamps.
