Great Service
This computer was supposed to come with Microsoft Office license key. There was none in the box and nothing preloaded on the computer. The seller contacted me after they found out and immediately sent me my activation code. The computer is great. Runs very fast and smoothly. Have had for a week or 2 and couldn't be happier. Great computer for my daughter's college classes

No Dual Monitors
The USB-C port on this laptop doesn't support video, so there's no way to hook up more than one monitor. I wouldn't recommend buying this product. I'm going to send mine back. It's pretty nice otherwise, if you don't care about not being able to have two external monitors.

A great budget laptop that can handle nearly anything you throw at it. Just remember that it's a budget laptop so don't expect results of a £2,000 gaming behemoth

Good gaming laptop
So I got the HP pavilion 15 AMD Ryzen 7 and GEForce GTX 1650 with 8GB ram and 512GB SSD.I had this laptop for a week now, so it's not long enough for a review but wanted to point out that loading time is fast from booting and I'm planning to use it for steam and browsing and videos.. possibly creating contents in the future, but we'll see!I have been running counter strike global offence and left 4 dead 2 on it and seems to be working great despite my internet connection being weak. But overall seems great with my current set up. I'm not going to overclock my GPU as I want this laptop to serve me for the next 10 to 15 years as I'm planning on getting a desktop.The design and material seems very sturdy although made of plastic and I like the greennl litt up keyboard. The touchpad seems fine but I use a wireless mouse for it. it doesn't overheat but time will tell, I also got a cooling fan at the bottom.So far so good appart from no ventilation opening at the sides.

Parfait pour une lycéenne
Offert à Noël a ma petite cousine qui vient tout juste de rentrer dans une filière d'art au lycée ... Elle l'a testé et elle en est pleinement satisfaite. l'ordinateur est assez rapide, il ne chauffe pas et il a une bonne vitesse d'exécution. de mon côté j'ai toujours fait confiance à la marque HP car ils sont là depuis très longtemps.Quand a Amazon rien a signaler tout simplement car tout est toujours aussi parfait en terme de livraison 👍
