My husband and son drink ine the night before playing golf when it is so hot so that they keep hydrated and can enjoy their golf game. Really works well!

Liquid lots of electrolytes, tastes a bit peculiar - but it works. I'm on a quest to find a good quality electrolyte drink - more minerals than the grocery store drinks - and so far this is the best. I'm impressed. Bought a 12 pack of these and iust reordered. Useful stuff!UPDATE: We recently tried the new tropical flavored electrolyte packets you canadd to your water and -LOVE THEM! Easy to carry in your pocket or purse, use whenever you are tired and they taste great!

This hydration drink doesn't have the salty taste, like many others do. I drink this for medical reasons and it is very helpful.

I was having hydration issues that no one could seem to help me with. I researched and found Biolyte and it has been a valuable aide in helping my body keep up with hydration.

This Biolyte product has been an essential part of my 92 year old mother's well being. It has kept her from getting dehydrated throughout the year!

While I love the flavors, I couldn't give this a 5* because they use Cyanocobalamin instead of mythlcobalamin. 40% of the population have a mutation that inhibits them from methylating B12. If you have this mutation (MTHFR) you need methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin inhibits the methylation & absorption of the other. Cyanocobalamin is cheaper & that is why it is found in most energy/vitamin drinks. I think this is a great drink, but having this mutation, I already struggle with low B12 and don't need the ingredients in this to inhibit my absorption of my supplement.

I purchased Biolyte which is also called IV in a bottle. I was first introduced to the drink when my 102 year old mother was drinking it. I tasted it and liked the slightly salty taste. My sodium has constantly been low in my blood tests so I am trying to change that by drinking Biolyte. Biolyte will replenish my electrolytes of which sodium is one.

This has a lot of potassium, magnesium, dandelion, and other good natural healthy stuff in it, and it makes my relative’s muscle cramps and go away after he has sweated all day working hard. I hate that we’re wasting so many plastic bottles and have reached out to the company asking if we could buy powder instead that would be much better than transporting these heavy bottles all over the place and then where I try to reuse them over and over but it’s just very wasteful. Selling packets of powder that we can mix up would be way better
