These give me energy without the crash. It definitely speeds up my heart rate and after a week of taking it every day i feel tired like i didnt get enough sleep to replenish the extra energy i put off. Or maybe that was just because i was door dashing in 100 degree weather with no AC… probably that. ANYWAYS this gives me energy, wakes me up and i can even have a second stick to survive an afternoon slump!!! AND IT DOES BOOST METABOLISM AND REDUCES HUNGER! The Lime flavor is the best (in my opinion)it tastes like that lemon head candy, the yellow balls? I also like the Berry one too. Orange would be my last pick.
