Unlike the other rollers, these do not squeak, do the job well and have a ergonomic handle which does not result in RSI.. I would recommend the brushes as well. a great brand.

I bought this for a project I intend to do in the near future, so I haven't actually used the roller at this point. It's to replace and old roller that is looking a bit tatty (but may still be useful) and doesn't have the option to replace the roller sleeves. It is compatible with a couple of good quality Harris sleeves that I bought and they fit perfectly and it should fit all 44m cores with 230mm width (9 ins in old money).The roller and frame itself seems really sturdy. Nice to hold. I also like the fact that the handle has a threaded hole for an extension pole; I prefer the screw fit to the push fit as it seems to be a more secure hold.As I said, I don't know how it actually fares when painting as I haven't used it on a wall yet but the type and quality of sleeves will make more of a difference than the actual roller itself so that's probably a moot point anyway.Update: Used this on walls and ceiling and it was a really tight fit attached to my pro dec extension pole. So secure in fact that it was really difficult to get off. One of the sleeves I used did move a bit but I’ve no way of telling whether that was the frame or sleeve.

This was bought for a specific purpose of painting an exterior wall; hence it had to have a particular diameter. It thus can become heavy. It is however very sturdy.

A good quality product. I didn't find it too heavy to use, in fact I'd rather have a sturdier roller frame than something flimsy that's likely to fall apart. I used roller sleeves from Wickes and they fitted perfectly. Managed to paint two bedrooms in one day without any problems (two coats in each room with adequate drying time in between). I'm female in my late 50's with some decorating experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this roller frame. Looking forward to using it again for my next project.

I have used these roller frames before and found them to be the best for the price and the strongest. Not only that they are good to hold without getting blisters as it has a comfort handle.andyou can screw the Harris pole into it making it an ideal choice. I also use the Axus pro finish sleeves to go with it . Which I highly recommend.

Easy to use

Good roller for wooden doors and furniture.

I hate to see brush marks in my paintwork and this little tool allows me to get into spaces where only a brush would normally fit, with the right rollers and a bit of practice you can get a perfect finish!

La herramienta está bien, es robusta, se pueden colocar rodillos delgados, pero no es herramienta para hacer uso para pintar la pared por detrás de los radiadores porque no hay esoacio suficiente, así que, se tendrán que quitar los radiadores para poder pintar la pared y hacer un buen trabajo, claro está, y volver a colocar los radiadores de nuevo.

Je n'ai pas pu aller très loin derrière le radiateur. Manque d'espace le rouleau trop gros.

Excellent quality, good weight

Lo esperado. Tiene buen aspecto, buen acabado, no como algunos que parece plasticuchi malo. Yo lo buscaba para unos mini, mini rodillos que compre tb en Amazon de la misma casa, rodillines de espuma de 5cm más o menos, que en el otro mango no podía ponerlos porque no encajaban y se me caían en cuanto giraban una vez, ya que no acababan de encajar... solucionado.
