This product really does the job! The taste is not bad, it has sufficient strength and is a great value for the money. It has had a beneficial impact on digestion and general feelings of health.

I am not sure if it helped with immunity but it is easy to take since it is a liquid. It has the usual herb medicine taste. I would not say it is outright nasty though. No strong smell.

This is a rare herbal tincture that isn't bitter or unpleasant. You can certainly dilute it into water or tea, but it's fine all on its own.
