This is a very flavorful hot sauce. I have used it on quite a few occasions. If you are unfamiliar with the scorpion pepper use it with discretion in the beginning. I like adding it to prepared sauces adding zip to what otherwise would be a mundane flavor.

For some reason my Kroger store stopped carrying this item. My sister turned me on to this Tabasco variety. She said it really adds a depth of flavor to many recipes. It isn't just heat, but a complex layer of flavor. So happy to have found it at Amazon.

This is a HOT sauce. I used it like I would normal Tabasco, not thinking much about it and it hit me hard.It felt as hot at the last dab. I enjoy the last dab and usually only use a small amount so I think I just did too much scorpion sauce. It tastes solid and I’m enjoying it now. Just using a bit less than the first time.

This is deliciously hot!! The flavor is amazing and there's so much flavor! I love spicy things and have a high heat tolerance. I've eaten ghost peppers raw. I dice 18 habaneros in my fajitas. 3-4 drops onto some Naan and hummus will have your lymph nodes burning. Pure capsaicin bliss. If you like your mouth to hurt, you're going to LOVE this as well.

This is not too bad, ggod price, but apparently "thicker" doesn't mean "thick" to the Tabasco company! It is a Tiny Bit Thicker than their normal watered down version of hot sauce! The flavor is a definite improvement, but if they make it even thicker, it will be even better. Some-improvement is better than none, right? I like it, especially for the price! Keep improving, you're getting there!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Delicious hot sauce with much more flavor than most and not too hot. I put it on everything.

This seasoning sauce is never out of stock in my house now. Last year one day I was looking for what's left in the fridge for a quick meal when I learned a honey sriracha salmon recipe (all you need is butter, honey, sriracha and soy sauce). It turned out so good that I have since tried the same recipe on chicken and steak. Everything is wonderful. It will be even better if you brine the meat for a few hours or overnight before cooking, making the lean chicken breast not dry at all. Kids also use it directly on fries or bread.
