Almost a month in and no obvious changes
These capsules have wonderful ingredients that are supposed to be very beneficial to your skin, the bottle provides one month's worth and I think one month is not long enough to really see any significant improvement. I honestly can't tell you if these work or not as I haven't seen any obvious improvement but I also know that it takes more than a month so I'm going to rate this product somewhere in between since I can't say one way or the other.I would be more willing to pay for this product if I saw some sort of improvement before finishing off the product.

A Solid Addition to My Skincare Routine
These are worth a five-star rating in my book. So, after years of neglecting my skin, I finally decided to give it some TLC about five months ago. And you know what? I'm seeing some pretty good results.Part of my skincare overhaul involves these supplements. Now, I can't say with absolute certainty if they're responsible for my skin's improvement or if it's a combination of factors including a good cleansing and skin care routine. But regardless, I'm sticking with them because I think they are helping. What I can say for sure is that I'm impressed with the ingredients. Biotin, CoQ10, and Vitamin C—they've got the good stuff in there for your skin, no doubt about it.Props to the makers for putting together a formula that seems to be doing the trick. These supplements have earned their place in my daily routine, and I'm content to keep taking them. If you're looking to give your skin a boost, these might be worth a try.

Great ingredients!
Choosing the Parker Naturals Glowing Skin supplement is a no brainer when it comes to taking a daily supplement that has all the best ingredients that will not only give you glowing skin, but also help to benefit your bones and muscles. Fish oil, hyaluronic acid, biotin, and Vitamin C are all known ingredients that have provided positive results when used in body and facial moisturizers, shampoos and conditioners. I have been using these products for years with great results and now that I am taking this supplement, I can see some improvement in the tone of my facial skin and neckline. My skin is starting to look brighter and more toned, and I hope to see some improvement on a few dark spots that I have on my cheeks. The capsules are a little larger than I expected, but they're not too difficult to swallow. I have had no allergic reactions or upset stomach from taking this supplement and I think this is a high-quality product that is made in a GMP facility in the USA.

Good source of EPA/DHA fish oil, not as fishy smelling
I'd love to tell you that after only 3 days of taking these "Glowing Skin" capsules my skin is glowing. OK, for an old geezer like me that wouldn't be attractive, but maybe for my wife's skin? Well, we're not yet glowing, and if any such thing happens, it would probably take months, not days. And I'm not a chemist with a high quality laboratory to analyze these capsules. So here's what I actually CAN tell you:They're a legit source of fish oil EPA and DHA. My doctor recommended I take four fish oil capsules daily, each containing 175 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA. Each capsule of his product—Parker Naturals Glowing Skin Capsules—contains 200 mg of EPA and 75 mg of DHA. So the two are in the ballpark. Unlike my current supplement, each Parker capsule also contains 75 mg of Vitamin C, which seems like an almost inconsequential dose to me, but whatever. They also contain 250 mcg of biotin (8 times as much as my current multivitamin), 50 mg of L-Glutathione, 10 mg of hyluronic acid, and 7.5 mg of coenzyme Q10. How significant all of that is to you, you'll have to decide, but you should know what these contain. I'm inclined to knock star points off when a supplement doesn't make it very easy to know what you're ordering, and Parker's Naturals doesn't "glow" against this standard with no mention of quantities in their product description above, and a small low-resolution photo of their label that is too fuzzy to make out all the details I just shared with you (even with the bottle in front of me I had to use my phone's camera to zoom in before I could read it all clearly). I've attached to my review a high-resolution photo of the ingredients table so you can zoom in on it and see for yourself.Nonetheless, this seems like a decent supplement if its ingredients and quantities are what you're looking for. Its current price, as of the time I'm writing this review, is $21.57 per bottle of 60, or 36 cents/capsule. You'll have do to your own math to see what you require and if this is the product for you. For myself, my wife and I decided to substitute one of these daily for our four fish oil capsules. Those only cost 9¢/day vs. these at 36¢/day, so unless I become convinced that we really need the other ingredients included in this formula, I doubt we'll reorder.Full Disclosure: I received this product at no charge through Amazon's Vine program in return for writing an honest, accurate product review. Amazon's only requirement is that I review the products I order, not that I praise them. I don't pull my punches; if a product is bad, I say so, and if I love it, I say that. I have an obligation to tell you, the shopper, what I think so you can make informed purchases. I also believe sellers/manufacturers need to know if their product deserves 5 stars, or if they missed the mark, how they need to improve it.

Nice skin health supplement
This is a one month supply of a supplement packed with vitamins and nutrients known to help skin. Glutathione, DHA and EPA, coq10, biotin, hyaluronic acid and vitamin C. You take 2 capsules a day that are easy to swallow. I just finished it and can’t say i see any drastic change in my skin. Maybe just needs more time on it?
