Q: Does it fit on 135 by 45cm ironing board and does it have padding ?

Not as padded as I would like. But fits my ironing board which is the same size as yours

Yes, it will be able to fit. Maximum cover measurements are 120cm length x 40cm width. It looks just as in the picture.

Q: Will it fit 100x35 board please?

If that is the size of a large ironing board ( normal width) it should be OK

Q: Does this fit board 116x38

My board is 113x36. It was so baggy, I actually cut and stitched it on the underside, as it was that or send it back, however it now fits like a second skin😁 I wouldn't buy from here again, although cover itself is really thick.
