Alright so this is my honest review about this massage chair. I told myself that I would leave one whether the product was worth it or not. I want to start off by saying that I'm 5'7 and weigh about 165-170lbs(I'm only putting this info for people who are concerned about how they would fit). Also I would like to mention that I have worked high physically demanding jobs, pretty much my whole work life and was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis due to repetitive motions involving lifting. Alright so we go. Keep in mind that the product comes with a (1)ONE Year Warranty and that you would have to pay for shipping if the product was to break down for any reason. This was kind of a turn off and I hope maybe they can atleast offer an extension of the warranty for an additional price in the future) Paying for your own shipping is also a gamble since it's international shipping, depending on where you live this can be costly. The product is shipped through FedEx, which given their reputation of mishandling packages I was moderately concerned. When I placed the order, they shipped the product out the next day. The chair made it to my house way faster than the initial shipping date, Which was a huge Plus for me since I was in dire need of something like this. Fedex actually did a pretty decent job in handling the package, Thankfully. I received the chair and started building it. The instructions are vague but with alittle common sense and if you have any experience on building furniture from stores like ikea, then you should have no problems installing the chair. The chair is not bulky and can be put in an apartment without it taking up too much space. After positioning the chair to my desired location and connecting my phone to the Bluetooth speaker, I finally got a chance to try out the chair. HANDS DOWN WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! OMG! I love the texture of the product, it does not seem cheaply made. The lower back rollers are very intense so I definitely recommend putting a small pillow to ease the pressure. The Air bags are well designed and surprisingly strong which was the feature that made me fall in love with this chair the most. It really makes you feel like someone is giving you a full body massage. The foot rollers are also very effective in relieving pain for people who stand all day or are always on the move. I look foward to sitting on this chair everyday after work. So far I already feel like I'm reaping in some benefits. My body does feel more aliviated than before. I was skeptical to make this purchase but I took the chance and I do not regret it at all. Thank you so much Bilitok for making this amazing product. Very nice, comfortable and relaxing. Still trying to figure out how to use for 6'1" person which chair promised would accommodate.

The chair arrived on time which we were thankful for especially after having to cancel an order of a different chair from a different company that never showed up.Here's the deets on this chair: I'm female, 5'6" about 210lbs, hubby and son are 6'2"/6'3" 170 and 180lbs (they are tall and lean.) The chair doesn't really fit any of us correctly but we expected that.The rollers are very intense and can cause bruising and pain if you don't use some sort of padding.We are unclear as to why the company chose not to include a backlight on the display console. Even if you have the lights on in the room, the display panel is very difficult and hard to see. Who wants it all bright in a room when you are trying to relax?Anyone my height or taller will find they have to hold their head up as there really isn't any type of proper headrest, particularly if you are over 5'5", so your head leans too far back causing strain and pain in your neck area.Here are fixes for this chair that helped us enjoy it better:First, get yourself a thin flat pillow and place on the back area of the chair underneath the factory padding. You will still feel the massage rollers but you won't have them grinding on your shoulder blades or spine causing bruising.Get a small throw pillow for the head/neck area. You don't want your head arched back so far that it causes neck strain, so use a small pillow to prop your head up so you don't have to hold your head up yourself or have your head fall backwards so far that it hurts.Make sure you have your phone with you so you can use your flashlight to see the control panel. Another idea is to get a small battery operated clip on light and attach it to the massage chair control panel.The zero gravity is mostly a gimmick with most massage chairs. Don't let those photos of the female floating above the chair, all stretched out and back curved, fool you. You do not feel like you are floating, it does not tip back in a way that arches your back, and your legs will never, ever be fully stretched out in the chair (they will always be bent to fit in it properly.)Even with some of these issues, we really do enjoy the chair a lot! I have used it every night for 30-60 minutes at a time.The assembly was very easy and completed in 30 minutes with zero issues.The Bluetooth connects easily to your phone so we have really enjoyed having relaxing massage music playing through it.I have terrible lower leg pain from an injury, so the leg compression is amazing! The fact that this chair not only has a heating option for the back, but also for the legs, is a bonus.There are several preprogrammed massage options to choose from, but we have found that we like to manually program it to only the options we want.The buttocks vibration is great and the hip, compression is what actually gives you a floating feeling and feels so good.You can set the timer for 15-30 minutes in increments of 5 minutes.If you have cats, they will be very curious so be sure to purchase a massage chair cover to protect your investment.Overall, the chair is a decent chair at an affordable price. Just have a small light and some thin pillows available so you can tweak it to fit your body type better.Hope this helps some of you who are looking for a decent massage chair at an affordable price!

I purchased the massage chair and it worked well for one year. After one year, the chair broke. I attempted to contact the seller but they never responded to my inquiry. The seller also does not have a US phone number so you have to call overseas and the phone number does not work. Save yourself time and money and stay away from this manufacturer.

Everything works on the chair, easy set up. We had a small issue due to the shipping and needing a new bolt, customer service was great to work with and responded within a timely manner.
