Very happy with these great JBL Tune Beam ear buds. Purchased “as new” (packaging will be damaged but product will be as new) option initially to save a fiver, as well as the environment, but one of the ear buds was scuffed with the plastic cracked which had caused it to become misshapen to the extent that it wouldn’t fit in the charging case.Informed Amazon and provided pics and received the usual high standard Customer Care that we have been accustomed to. Full refund provided without any hassle and ordered a new pair immediately which arrived the following day.The buds have long battery life, sound amazing, offer excellent noise cancelling features, look cool and are very comfortable to wear. Recommend downloading the JBL Heaphone App which provides additional options to make this fantastic product even better….100% recommended by me!

Earphones sound good, the battery life is incredibly good especially with how fast they charge up. They fit great, I use them while running and lifting, and they have never fallen out. Great value for money.

Zero Noise Cancellation, almost no bass.Sync is not reliable, does not charge reliably in-case. Case battery life poor.They do not sit well in the ear and feel uncomfortable.Oh, in-built mic does not work well with phone calls.I wish I’d gone for another cheaper brand :/

Bought this product and in less than a Month the left bud stopped working. It has great Appearance and very easy to use. I refered to JBL to complain about the product, they gave some options for trouble shooting and resetting. Did all they asked me to do but it still wouldn't work.I do 2 hours of meditation every night between 12am to 2am and i purposely bought it because of the Noise cancellation and the Sound Quality. Now, i'm not able to even do 15minutes of meditation because i'm not able to concentrate with just one bud and that alone is causing me so much emotional stress.I thought they would just come do my door and grab the product just like Royal Mail does sometimes but i was actually asked to look for a UPS Van, print out an information, attach it to the product and send it through the Van to be returned to them but i find that tideous.Wish there was a better option. It's a great product but did not go well for me.
