The first time I bought this, it was okay. The second time I ordered, the cream is causing unbearable irritation and itching to skin under the eyes. I can't use this as it might cause damage to eyes and the skin around eyes. May be the manufacturer needs to check this particular batch (CE-22005). If your product has the same batch, I will be interested to know your feedback. Was it just me?
