Seems to be working a treat for PMDD
no brain fog/anxiety/moodyness/agoraphobia etc. I take 2 a day and honestly feel great. I also have added another 1g of (generic) taurine on top and take 3 high quality magnesium capsules too as well as starting the day with a well known green powder on subscription.

I had been experimenting with various zinc products the last 3 years with good results.This product is by far the best and results come from the first days of use.I recommend to try this product over picolinate and see the difference in immunity and libido enhancement

Formula totally has changed
Totally changed the formula with no good results like before and especially taurine missing in there,wish they can bring back the older Zinc Supreme which had great benefits
