Q: it says one size, what size is it

I purchased the VeloChampion for my wife who takes a size 54cm, and it is slightly loose on her. I take a size 59cm and it fits me comfortably.

Q: Would this fit a 7 year old?

Might be a little large for a 7 yr old

Q: Do you think this hat would be comfortable to sleep in? Unfortunately I have a very poorly insulated house

If like myself you have a shaven head I'm sure it would be fine.Doubt if it would be comfortable over a full head of hair all night.
