it's a good working pump for sure
The pump itself is too short to be a exact fit on 98' Silverado.. but I modified the housing and made it work.. it's a good working pump for sure...

NOT a 340lph pump! Actually 190lph!!
DO NOT BUY FOR >300HP!!I swapped this to a turbo 5.3L Silverado that came with a 160lph pump stock. I was diagnosing pressure drop issues at just 4psi, refusing to believe what I feared. When I tested this against the stock pump, it only flowed 19% more! It's amp draw was 6.8 amps at 15 volts with my lab psu.I've since purchased a similar red/black pump by a company I'll call "K", and that cured my pressure issues. Same test results in 73% more fuel than this pump. It's amp draw was 11.7 amps with the same 15v psu.This is barely enough for a stock 4.8 5.3 5.7 6.0 LSx needs, and actually smaller than what any flex fuel model comes with stock.

It was easy to instal but cheapppppp. Pump blew in two days

Use to Upgrade from a walbro 255 , works great on my car running 300hp without issues. I only use the pump and strainer . I didn't trust using the hose or clamps.
