The product delivered does not have the features as described. It’s supposed to have an arm that shows the day of the week and it does not exist

We needed this clock we can see in the dark.

After 5 months of use, the numbers started to peel off. Not happy. My advice is to not hang this in a bathroom. I think the steam from the shower undid the adhesive holding the numbers. Oh well. Lesson learned.

Dec. 12, 2022 - Beautiful, I bought this Illumina clock for my grandma but she couldn't see it at night. She is back to her old simple clock. It doesn't illuminate in dark. It has to be 100% light-less and stare at it for minutes to see it (maybe). And I don't know how to recognize the days? There is nothing to point at days, this was the reason I bought it but no handle for days!!

My clock came with no red arm for the day of the week. The pic shows a red arm for the day of the week.

I thought it would illuminate more in the dark but it doesn’t

I ordered two of the clocks. And both came without the red arm that points to the day! The first clock I returned and a replacement was sent. The replacement was received and it didn’t have the red arm for the date.
