From the video shown on the page to what you'd expect of a side repeater with chase function - this product looked like it would be a cool and effective upgrade for the pesky easily-burnt-out incandescent bulbs that normally go into these.Changing them out on an S-Max can be fiddly with risk of breaking clips on the mirror cover so these, being LED, should hopefully reduce the need to change them.The problem is that these aren't what are advertised. Rather than a smooth COB strip it's literally just a row of cheap small LEDs with a fair bit of spacing.As a result, compared even to the stock bulbs, this is barely noticeable. The dark lens helps them blend in but also blocks quite a lot of the light.Sadly these appear to be a cash-grab as part of the chaser indicator trend that's going on right now which is very reminiscent of the angel-eye and lexus light fads from the past where a tidal wave of inferior products flooded the market to jump on the bandwagon.I'm going back to the old bulbs as I don't feel these are noticeable enough to be safe.

These light are a very simple replacement on a ford Kuga '12 plate.They plug straight into the indicator bulb holder and look good and a much needed upgrade.I dropped some stars as the advert shows a nice smooth light all the way round where these are actually lots of small LEDs and are obviously little LEDs rather than a strip like in the advert.
