Useful but could be better designed
So difficult to put the outer cover back on so by the time you put it, the product loses heat. Definitely a pain to keep heating it up. Not designed well. The heat and the shape help minimally during pumping breast milk or to relieve engorged breasts. Just wish it was designed better

Works but …
Pro: the product works. Declogged my ducts like never before.Con: i had to use hot iron to heat it n use it like that only without cover. Was very tedious cause it kept cooling off in seconds. Its inconvenient to heat it n handle it hot to put it in cover. But it worked in doing massive task so thumbs up 👍🏻
