Peeling off the coating was PAINFUL
The frame itself is true to color and quite lovely. There is a plastic film to protect the plastic (not glass) cover which was very difficult to remove. I kept the glass from the old frame that I was replacing and it looks better than the plastic one that the frame comes with.

Beautiful, but plastic not glass front
Love the bone look and it has a very pretty shimmer when it catches light, but I separately bought glass to replace the plastic in front. Perfect for framing wedding photos!
