Perfect! Love it ! No issues

This facial mister is extremely easy to use right out of the box. Charge it up using a USB charger, pour water into the cap, screw it on and press the button once to start and once to stop. The nano mist is cooling and very comfortable to spray it on my face. I use it right before I apply moisturizer as a damp face helps moisturizers absorb better. The instructions say to use mineral water but I don’t have mineral water at home so I use regular water and it has worked fine for me with no signs of clogging the mister.All in all, this is a very straight forward mister that is convenient and affordable to use. This is much better than just applying water to the face because nano mist droplets are better at absorption.Note: the mister instructions say not to leave water in it overnight but I have found it's fine if I just turn it upside down where the water is in the cap portion rather than directly in the mister chamber.

I purchased this for my kit and use on my clients but the first day I took it with me my entire kit was soaked because all the water had leaked from it. I was too busy and didn’t have time to return it within the 30 days. The worst $20 ever spent.

The "Portable" Nano Facial Spray does work great! It feels just like the same nebulizer mister used in my monthly, expensive facial appointments. Would like to give 5 stars due to how well it works - but cannot. The "Portable" Nano Mister could have caused damage to my purse (if I hadn't used my cotton tote) and possibly items in an expensive boutique. See my story below. Hey Brookstone - GO BACK TO THE LAB and FIX your button on this product. It is a HORRIBLE design. And please remove verbiage that this unit can be used "on the go". Here's the misleading quote on your sales page: "... and can be used as an ON THE GO hand purifier... ". Here is the problem. Once the button is pushed - the spray does NOT shut off until the button is pushedAGAIN. As you can only imagine - bumping around inside a purse is a perfect storm for the mister button to engage - and FILL the bottom of your purse with water. This Nano Facial Mister cannot be carried your purse. This is my experience. Packed the "Portable" Nano Facial Spray for my weekend in Fredericksburg Texas. Really looked forward to using it since it was over 100 degrees last week. Before we set out, I put the mister in the INTERIOR pocket of my soft, quilted tote. We were shopping in an up-scale boutique on Main street. I happened to looked down and found there was water DRIPPING OUT OF MY TOTE! A couple of drops had landed on the table near where I was standing. YIKES! What is inside my tote? The dang Nano Mister was spraying at full throttle. The button had accidentally been bumped. It was so quiet I could not even hear it. Only half the water was left in the water chamber. After checking to see if there was any damage done in the store - - I quickly LEFT !LUCKILY:1.) It was a miracle there was no damage in the store - thank you Lord!2.) My quilted tote bag is 100% cotton - both the interior - and exterior.3.) It was SO HOT that once I went outside it dried quickly. If it had been another type of purse it could have been a disaster. If the people at Brookstone improve this "Portable" Nano Facial Mister - - it could be perfect. Until then you will only be able to use this unit in a very limited "Non-Portable" situation. Therefore fewer stars now.

My wife, my mother in law, my daughter... EVERYONE loves this thing. I actually like it just to keep it in my pocket for when it's hot out use it to cool my face off. Small, lightweight, and the battery lasts a long time!

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this to keep my Bonsai trees fogged. My condo runs pretty dry. I didn't want to fog and wet the walls or fine wood. This unit doesn't hold much water, offers a very fine and narrow spray, but this combination works perfectly for my trees and doesn't leak. It should be cheaper (it's $2 on Wish), but I needed it right away and paid more than I think it's worth.Handle with care and you'll be ok.

The media could not be loaded.  I was absolutely in love with this product until it broke after only 3 weeks of having it. I started to notice it would leak when I put in down. With a closer look I realized the plastic has cracked on the water storage part and now it just leaks. If it was still within 30 days I would exchange it, but I’m 17 days past it and now I’ve got to take time out of my day to try and contact someone and hope I can get a replacement part or something. Hopefully it can be fixed because now I’ve made it a part of my skin care routine.

It works but when I tried to refill the water the 2nd time the plastic twist snapped off.
