Although slightly thick, I really like this drink mix. It really does have a refreshing taste, like I'm drinking it for the fiber. I would recommend this to anyone looking to sneak in more fiber into their diets.

Drank these, um... regularly (lol) in the past but found they were hard to find in stores anymore. Taste great and provide SUBTLE efficacy, which means I can drink them at work as well.

This makes my water taste like a delicious Koolaid. I LOVE these. They're yummy and I feel better that I'm drinking water AND getting fiber, instead of drinking a soft drink or tea.

This is a great filler between meals and make air easier to get your liquids down to boot!
