I purchased this in desperation after developing a migraine due to a cramped plane ride - my neck has old injuries and is sensitive to being stuck in bad ergonomics. It was so-so in that state (not comfortable but effective). On the return trip I learned that I can place it lower while in an upright position and use it a bit preventatively - it helped keep those shoulder blade muscles loose by massaging the pressure points.Where it really shone so that I came to write this review was on an extended car ride - I brought pillows, lumbar support and this. I used it as a passenger while reclining in place of a pillow (my head didn't wobble!). I finished the trip with increased neck mobility and less residual pain than I typically have - amazing!

It is made of very hard plastic material. Uncomfortable. Does not look like the photo it has a different shape

This little unit is great. I lie down with my neck on it as directed, and after 5-10 minutes my neck muscles feel looser and more relaxed. It digs into the right places without digging painfully. So happy I got it.

This little guy is pretty nice. I lay down on the floor with for a 10 minute period or so, and it actually provides relief.
